A List of What You Want to Change in the New Year

  • Get rid of worry: Worry less about the future & focus more on the present
  • Be a little more frugal: Spend less, save money
  • Be back on that work out grind: Eat, but work out those calories (yoga, pilates, walking, moving)
  • Take advantage of sleep: Sleep earlier, especially when there’s nada to be done
  • Live it up: 21 & still young. Not gonna hold back, just gonna have some fun
  • Be a go getter: Go after what’s wanted (people, things, goals, dreams)
  • Be more of a bitch: when necessary that is & with a :) on my face of course
  • Be on time: Work on time management
  • Procrastinate less: Make lists & get shit done.
